So you might already have noticed this from our stories & posts, but we love Cobble Hill and Brooklyn Heights. These sister neighborhoods have some of Brooklyn’s best shopping, dining, and ~hangs~. Enough of our teasing! We’ve finally put together a guide of all the places to hit while you’re in one of our favorite slices of South Brooklyn.  ︎  


Long Island Bar

For: a bar & restaurant by the inventor of the Cosmo! & a v and delicious classic American menu (read: GET THE BURGER.)

Yemen Cafe
For: authentic Yemeni food & BK’s best mint tea.

Hi Hi Room

For: a nostalgic menu and cozy interiors (with a bonus fern garden in the backyard). Order the sliders & the “Meg-roni” — a negroni with palo santo and oleo saccharum.

Bar Bête

For: one of our favorite meals (and restaurant interiors) in Brooklyn, Bar Bête is a place you go to CELEBRATE. We love their slightly more casual take on french cooking, and while you’re there, don’t skip out on dessert.


For: quick to-die-for sammies & pastries. Pick up some of their curated home & kitchen goods on ur way out.


For: delish northern Italian food (w/ a focus on homemade pastas!) PS- bring ca$h

Cubana Cafe

For: the best Cuban coffee in the city & a Latinx weekday breakfast that will make you want to wake up early...good think they don’t open til 10.


June Wine Bar

For: Our favorite wine bar (we’ve said favorite a lot in article huh) in NYC. Don’t skip on the food!!!

Octavia Coffee

For: the neighborhood's coffee. Make sure to write your name on one of their library cards and punch in each time you visit!

Big Tiny

For: French wine, small bites, and a French New Wave feel.


For: the best cocktail bar in the neighborhood & interiors that make you never want to leave! (Sister restaurant to Ramona in Greenpoint!)
