Fall has fallen and indoor dining is back (if that's cool with u) so we’ve put together a list of The Coziest NYC bars & restaurants. AKA where we want to be from November-February. Here are our favorite spots to get a little closer over that second glass of wine.

Black Mountain Wine House

Gowanus, Brooklyn

For: Small plates and an affordable glass of chilled red by the fireplace

Bemelmans

Upper East Side, Manhattan

For: one of Manhattan’s best (and strongest) martinis. Served with a side car and live piano tunes
(also seen in Upper East Side Neighborhood Guide)

Bar Bête

Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

For: new school french-ish food in one of our favorite restaurants in New York. Seriously...go here NOW

Balthazar

Soho, Manhattan

For: a classic night at a New York institution where the fries are almost as famous as the patrons.

Hotel Delmano

Williamsburg, Brooklyn

For: the best cocktails in Williamsburg & a bar that feels like a home.

Bernie’s

Williamsburg / Greenpoint Disputed Territory

For: when you’re craving something from childhood...burgers, big booths, and tables you can draw on. This time, they’ll even let you have a martini with all that

Waverly Inn

West Village, Manhattan

For: A lovely courtyard in the summer, and cozy fire-lit dining room in the winter.

June Wine Bar

Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

For: our favorite wine bar in the city…don’t skip the small plates!

Elsa

Brooklyn Heights

For: a beautifully designed bar & a frozen painkiller that’s good all year round.
